Everyone we dealt with leading up to the pilot was great, and the pilot was excellent. The pilot was a local, which was especially advantageous as he was able to not only tell us about what we were seeing on the tour, but was also able to answer all of my questions about the area, which varied in obscurity and would have been tough for a non-local to answer.
