  I went to drop my uhaul off here, as I recently moved from Edmonton to Canmore. I called him to tell him I was coming, he said he wasn't currently at the site (Its run out of a hotel) and instructed me that I could park the unit in the back and drop the keys in drop box. All of this was fine.
  
  A couple of days later I notice a charge on my Visa from uhaul. A 25$ cleaning fee, when I know I left the unit clean. I called him to challenge him on these charges and got his voicemail. I left a message stating my position.
  
  I never did get a call back, only a picture message with garbage all over the cab that I "supposedly" left there. (he planted it) I called him again and there was never a return phone call.
  
  Bottom line, this guy is shady and dishonest. I decided to let the 25$ go as its not life or death, but beware of this guy. Protect yourself with pictures of how you got a vehicle and how you left it.
